Description: Nuriko's cowardly older brother, Rokou always relied on the young Ryuuen to get him out of trouble and defend him from those who might attack him. Somewhat weakwilled and dithery, Rokou nevertheless loves his brother a lot and finds it very difficult to come to terms with Nuriko's death.
