~PIZZAZZ~

Pizzazz was sold in both years of doll production, but specifying a first or a second edition doll is not as simple with Misfits as it is with Holograms, since none of them had their ears pierced or hairties plugged to their head. This part of the Database deals with regular issue dolls, Mexican or Spanish dolls can be found on seperate pages on the other link frame. The pictures here are all of dolls within our doll collection here. In most cases I remember where my dolls came from and what came with them, so I can theorise with some certainty about their original country of sale and their edition. At present, included here are only my loose Pizzazz dolls.
Please note also that the shading in the pictures of Pizzazz varies - judge them by haircolour, all dolls have the same neon hair in real life ;) My digicam refuses to pick them all up under the same lighting :|

Name: Pizzazz 01 Edition: First Country Of Origin: United States Made in: China Comments: Hair long and styled almost like the show, only not quite so defined. Has vivid orange lipstick and a narrower face than Pizzazz 02. Her hands are normal style.	Name: Pizzazz 02 Edition: Second Country Of Origin: United States Made in: China Comments: I'm almost one hundred percent sure that this doll is a second, because she came to me with second edition bits and pieces. Her yellow blush is very distinct and her face is wider than 01. Her lips are kinda the colour of WIE shoes :) and she has greyish teeth. She is also very pale. Her hands are normal style.
Name: Pizzazz 03 Edition: Second, presumed Country Of Origin: United States Made in: China Comments: Significant doll because her Hasbro stamp is just above her waistline and not between her shoulderblades. This is what I believe marks her as a second because i've only seen Jetta and Clash also with this feature. Her teeth are grey but her complexion is darker than 03 and her hair is rooted differently so she has no fringe. Her hair is also less thickly rooted. Her hands are normal style.	Name: Pizzazz 04 Edition: Uncertain Country Of Origin: United States Made in: China Comments: Her eyes and complexion are slightly lighter than 03 and her makeup and lipstick are both paler than 02. Her hands are normal style.
Name: Pizzazz 05 Edition: First Country Of Origin: United Kingdom Made in: Hong Kong Comments: Ball wristed and cheekier looking than the Chinese Pizzazz dolls. Her eye makeup is paler than 02, 03 and 04, her lips are darker than 04. Her head is stamped P Hasbro Inc instead of the usual Misfit headstamp of Hasbro 1985. I know this Pizzazz was not a superstar doll because I have an identical one Mint in Hasbro box. She also has the infamous spiky hairdo and the rest of her hair is not very styled.	Name: Pizzazz 06 Edition: First Country Of Origin: United Kingdom Made in: No Country Mark Comments: Don't let the photo tint fool you. 06 and 05 have much in common in terms of design, however they are not identical. 06 is ball wristed and has the same headstamp as 05. However, she has more of her hair spiky on top than 05, and her face is slightly narrower. Her lips are also paler, and her eyeshadow a more plummy purple than 05 (yeah, really, the picture doesn't pick it up great)
