A MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE
After their stressful European tour, with it's mixed successes, Jewel are only too happy to accept Harvey Gabor's offer of a week in his mountain chalet in Vermont. However, Sylva is mortified to discover that they are not the only guests and that Harvey's grand-daughter Sirena is also spending time there.
But the uneasy peace is shattered all the more when a vicious snowstorm sets off an avalanche. When the snow begins to settle, Copper, Nancy and Topaz realise that Sylva and Sirena are missing.
But are their friends alive?
And how can they find them, hidden in a sea of snow?
