BABY TIDDLYWINKS (Pink baby with pink mane and tail, bib symbol)

Lullabye Nursery Another of Hasbro's logical playset releases: somewhere for all these baby ponies to spend their time whilst their mother ponies were off doing more important things such as saving ponyland! With the playset came Baby Tiddly Winks (above), a little pony who ironically did not have a mother pony to help her run her impressive home. The nursery appears to have been very popular, however the Beddy Bye Eyed version of baby Tiddly Winks (pictured left) was never sold with the UK issue, only with the SECOND issue in the United States. The version with regular eyes (pictured right) was sold everywhere and is extremely easy to find! :) Baby Tiddly Winks' home continued to play a major role in UK comics long after Baby Tiddly Winks herself had departed to the mythical 'memory lane' (the rather fanciful comic explanation for ponies now withdrawn and discontinued). More and more baby ponies to come behind her would be 'orphaned' babies with no mother or father, so one can imagine the nursery was rather overcrowded in later years! Baby Tiddly Winks herself was always portrayed as a very playful little pony who loved games and especially the game that shared her name :)
