What's New at...
The
My Little Pony UK Scrapbook
July 12th, 2005
Added a scan of Baby Lucky's mail in form to the website and moved it and the letter of welcome onto a seperate page to reduce loading time (check this out under Mail Order Ponies: Wedding Ponies!). Also added a picture of Rainbow Cloud MOC (courtesy of Tootie Tails!) and added some new information to the NSS pony page (mystery of the stickers begins...can you help?). And at long last I've replaced the dark ugly pictures on the NSS page for some nicer ones :)
I've also done some needed update work on Megan and Sundance's page, to show both the UK issues of Meg and Sundance more clearly (since finally I've acquired edition two, LOL). The comic advert for M&S issue 1 should now also work since I've fixed the broken links.

June 30th, 2005
For over a year now the site has been running with a beta version, trying to work out the best way to fully utilise the MIP information I have without the page loading time being so crazy for those on dialup (like myself!). Now I've got this section as complete as I can with the pictures people have so kindly provided, and as a result I've switched the main urls over to the new format. The colour scheme is the same, the frame layout is a bit uglier in a few ways but, I believe, more straight forward to access. Since this has been a beta site for a long while, and I have had a couple of people play around with it, I hope there won't be too many dead links or problems. BUT if there are, please, get in touch with me and let me know.
I'm also asking anyone out there who has a MOC pony on UK style card that isn't on this page to come forward and share a pic with me :) The more complete my site is, the more easy it will be for everyone to know what accessories came with which pony over here, and that;s beneficial to everyone :) I also have a very quickly thrown together new banner, which you can use to link to the site. Please save this to your own webspace rather than linking out to it.
The My Little Pony Scrapbook

I have also spent some time going through my comics and will try to get back to scanning in some more of the adverts when I get a moment.
Hoofprints' shoppe remains closed.

Wow, way too long since my last update. I'm neglecting my ponies shamefully!
I've done a few tweaks to the site today. Over the last few months little bits and pieces have been added without a note here, such as the bizarre Baby Lemon Drop sticker (thanks goddessofpeep) and the Dimples and Ruffles sticker (thanks to Lady Guinevere.) I've also updated the Nesthaeckchen Baby page, and added a variant princess to the German Princess page (courtesy of Ashlyne). There is also now a photograph on the Sundae Best page of the (very stinky) purple haired Chocolate Chip variant.
The G3 section has been the most badly neglected of all of my site, and for this reason I am going to leave up what is there but not attempt to add to it. Frankly, without anything special to report in the way of a UK line, there really seems little point - if it's G3 information you're after I really advise paying a visit to Ponytopia.
I've also been awarded Gold trading status with the Elite Traders, which is a big honour!
Elite Traders of Ponyland: Gold Status

May 19th, 2004
I've added some information to the G3 section about the new UK pony comic, including scans of the new full page adverts they feature (cute!!) check them out!!

May 7th, 2004
My dad found my comics! So I've added some more comic scans and stuff to the media section of the site, including the story that introduced the Mountain Boys! I've also added pictures of the new Sparkle Ponies to the 2004 section, since mine arrived this morning from Singapore (Yay!)

April 5th, 2004
Finally, the truth about the Watercolour Sea Ponies' UK issue - thanks to Chrissytree the matter seems to be settled. Check their page to find out more!
Also, I've added five or six new variant pictures to the variant pages, and there is more information on the Brush and Grow mystery of cards and boxes (solved again largely due to the help of Chrissytree, but I'd like to thank everyone who sent me information about these girls!)
I am now eager to track down Foamy, Sealight and Wavedancer Mint on UK or German/French card, and all six of the Brush and Grows on UK card (I need to check which ones I've got in my inbox that I can actually use).

March 22nd, 2004
Added the Easter Trio to the new pony part of the website and updated the Super Long Hair page with the new information about the TRU.UK pictures!!

March 17th, 2004
Added Blossomforth to the site and updated some 2003/4 pony information :) Also added a picture of Spanish Trucker to the Spain variants page.

March 11th, 2004
Well, I've increased my comic collection, and have finally settled to scanning some more of the adorable comic adverts. You can find most of the ones I've scanned over in the MLP Media section of the site, under the My Little Pony Comic heading. Take a look - I promise it'll be worth it ;) More of those to come when I find the rest of my comic collection!!!

February 16th, 2004
Thanks to Krista of Pranceatron, I have added some rather bizarre images of My Little Pony items from Japan, 1985. Now, before anyone gets excited, well, they're not quite what I'd call ponies! But they *are* licenced by Hasbro and they *do* have the label My Little Pony, so I guess they count! You can find these critters (and that IS what they are, LOL) under variant ponies: Japanese :)

February 14th, 2004
Happy Valentine's Day!!
I added Toola Roola and Sew-and-So to the site :D

February 6th, 2004
New ponies!! I got the Spring Basket today, and have added pics of the girls to the site. I do love Wishawhirl's hair!

January 25th, 2004
Aloha Pearl and Bellaluna are now pictured on the site (they are so so pretty....)
Also, confirmation from Hasbro that the Seasons are NOT DISCONTINUED came this morning in the form of a letter...plus news that Blossomforth, as well as the Spring Basket, Crystal Crown, the 2 dress ups and the 2 long hairs, will shortly be making her UK debut.
Can't wait!!
I also added Melody's adorable illustration to the Pony Dream's page. Thanks so much Melody!! :D

January 22nd, 2004
Added pictures of Super Long Hair Rainbow Flash, Petal Blossom and Wing Song to the site, plus the new babies that come with them. Created a section for 2004, and put these ponies and the dress up ponies into it. Hope to be adding pictures of Aloha Pearl and Bellaluna soon! LOL :)
Have tidied up the sections a little, adding insert pictures for Berry Pickin' Butterscotch and Rain and Shine Starswirl (since I have no intention of buying them, lol). Have also added updated notes to the Winter Ponies and Season Ponies regarding their apparent withdrawal from sale.
Added a soundbyte of the UK Party Pony commercial to the Media section, plus bytes for two American commercials. I have a lot more to do here. I updated my wantlist to remove Rainbow Flash, Petal Blossom and the babies, and added two names to my reference list. I'm also now listed with the Elite Traders of Ponyland! (so proud...)
Ickle Taffie
And look who I adopted!
Thanks to Blossom for Ickle Taffeta :) She's so CUTE!!!

January 13th, 2004
There is now a picture of Sweet Notes MOC, and I've added a screen cap to the MLP Tales pony page, just for the fun of it :) Most importantly though, I have added the search machine back to the site, and so far every single ordinary issue G1 page has been edited and updated to reflect descriptive information. What does this mean? Well, now you should be able to do a search for "kite" or "dog" and get a result, instead of needing to know your pony's set first!!
The search window can be found on the Main page (which can be returned to at any time by clicking the 'My Little Pony' link on the left link frame).
I have also added a soundbyte of the Pony Wear commercial from 1985 to the My Little Pony Media section of my site. Check it out :D

January 10th, 2004
Added pictures of Non So Soft/Movie Star North Star, Wind Whistler and Buttons (with stars) MOC to the site. (Thanks Rosse!) I now have pics of all six NSS ponies MOC on the site :D
With any luck there will be a couple more things to add soon...

December 27th, 2003
First post christmas update, since I'm down with flu and have nothing better to do with my time but mess around with my websites on my poor, long suffering computer! I've added pictures of Baby Pink Sun Sparkle and the winter trio to the 2003 section of the site. Also, I've added MIP pictures of Flower Bouquet in UK box (blue bordered), and pictures of all four UK issued Candy Cane ponies MIB to the Candy Cane page. My quest for ponies sealed in UK or European packages continues, so if you have a pony mint in UK or European package and it is not pictured on this site, please get in touch! Eventually I would love this site to have a complete accessory resource for ponies based on their UK issue, and I need as much help as possible if this is going to be realised. The whole point of this site is to provide as comprehensive a picture as possible about My Little Pony's UK history - for ponypeople in the UK and worldwide - so if you have any information or anything you think might help, please get in touch!!  Thanks so much to all those who have already taken time to contribute MIP images to my site - it is much appreciated, and keep 'em coming!!

December 20th, 2003
Phew!!!
Within the last couple of weeks, I've come across a missing UK insert from 1987, which not only answers a few questions, but confirms a few missing bits of information, and more importantly, reopens the mystery of Paradise and Paradise Estate wide open. Consequently the site now has a page for Paradise Estate, and the whole mystery is fully explained there. Additionally I have added insert scans for the Mountain Boys, NSS ponies, the Pearly Baby Sea ponies, second sets of Twinkle Eye and Flutter Ponies, and confirmed that only two of the first six sets of twins were sold here, after all. I've also realigned Megan and Sundance's two UK issues into their correct locations, though the page can still be found under 1985, as Megan and Sundance were initially sold in America in 1985. I've also managed to find and scan the information about Magical Breeze's 1987 horseshoe point offer, which can be found on the Magic Message Pony page.
What else?
Photographic confirmation now exists backing up my claim that Thundercloud and Ice Crystal were originally called Storm and Frosty. Thanks to Pranceatron I've also some UK catalogue pictures!!
I've also added some scans from an Italian pony insert to the Italian section of the site.
I've also added a few more of my archived MIP pictures, so it becomes gradually more and more easy to associate UK issue ponies with their correct UK accessories.
The My Little Pony Media site is fully operational now, with fact file information, comic stories and song clips. Check it out! Hoofprints Shoppe is almost complete, but I am NOT taking orders until JANUARY 1st, so please don't email me about ponies until then! You can also check out my Pony Collection in it's new home, and I still have plans for a merchandise subsite some time in the new year. Watch this space!!!.
I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who has helped me with new information and pictures, especially the members of the UK My Little Pony group, whose memories and childhood paraphernalia are proving more invaluable than they can ever know :)
Thanks guys.
Oh yes, and
MERRY CHRISTMAS

Love Taffeta, Beanie, Dazzle, Snow and all of the rest of the West Mids herd ;)

December 3rd, 2003
Well, the ID site is almost complete and online! Lots and lots of new bits and pieces litter the site now, so take a look around. I've added several images of ponies Mint on UK or UK style card, and there are now pictures for Love Petal and the two bride ponies. Additionally there is some new club information, courtesy of Tic Tac Toe, and the variant sections are back online.
I've also added pictures for Dazzle Surprise and the remaining New Friends, Tink and Fluttershy. The Winter Ponies will be added soon...

October, 2003
Well, the Scrapbook finally has a new, popup-free home! The new URL is http://www.etherella.com/scrapbook/! The site has also added a where to find the 2003 ponies in the UK section, plus a few amendments and navigational improvements between the other pages of the site. I have more to come, but a lot of my pony stuff is boxed away at present, so be patient! What I have done is add a picture from the insert for the Baby Bonnet School of Dance, at long last :)
In the meantime, allow me to introduce you to my newest pony friend...

Aint she lovely? Huge thanks to my friend Cade in Australia for enabling me to bring this little cutie home :D

September 1st, 2003
Added pictures of Cotton Candy's cafe in play, Meadowbrook and her shop and European Minty to the site.

August 31st, 2003
Added 2003 Applejack and her picnic set to the site! Also added a picture of Starswirl MIB to the site (in her UK/Euro box, with charm and brush)

August 27th, 2003
Added some pictures to the 2003 section of Cotton Candy and her Cafe, of Sweetberry MIB with the promo video, of the video itself and of Autumn Skye mint in UK/Euro box (with brush and charm)

August 12th, 2003
Added a search engine to the site, and also parts 1 and 2 of my MLP checklist :)

August 11th, 2003
Added scans from the 1987 insert for the Crimp and Curl salon, the Sundae best (the warped insert info one, LOL), the Princesses and Dragons and the Big Brothers. Also I added a scan for the TAF/:Party ponies...:D
The Princess Pony page also contains two scanned examples of stickers from that set, and the Seaside baby page has now got the instructions scanned in, so that you can see how Hasbro intended them to "work"...Oh yes, and the club baby ponies now have some of their paperwork scanned in too, LOL :D
Finally, I've scanned in the letter from Hasbro UK (or "Megan") that was sent with Baby Lucky - it's on the Wedding Pony MO page :)

August 10th, 2003
Ok, some general updating gone on here. Most of my comics are inaccessible to me at the moment (in a big box under a pile of stuff), but I've located a handful of them lying around, and so have scanned and added comic adverts for the Baby Buggy, Kiss Curl's Grooming Parlour and the Perfume Puff Palace and Ponies to the website. Kiss Curl's page has also been very much overhauled to show a decent picture of the pony herself (rather than that ugly scan) and two close up shots of the different symbol prints. More to come as I find more comics

July 24th, 2003
Due to popular demand...;) I have added the new ponies to my site. If you want detailed information about the new ponies and their accessories etc, please visit Ponytopia or one of the other custom made 2003 pony sites out there, but bit by bit I am putting photos of the new ponies on this site alongside information about them in the UK, with the hope that come the new year and the pony comic I can add a little bit more to the new chapter of "UK ponylore"! Operational at present are the following sections: Glittering Ponies, Seasonal Ponies, Rainbow Ponies, Slice of Life (this last under construction). I do not have all of the new ponies in my possession yet (I think we counted sixteen here this morning) and I need to swipe Razzaroo off my sister to take a pic of her on her own..
Have also added Greek Firefly and Greek babies Bow Tie and Cotton Candy to the greek section and moved the insert scans to their own page to reduce loading time :) I've added credit on the weird variant pony section for Princess Ruby #1, added an Amber and also added in yet another Bluebelle freak of nature! Additionally some new ponies have been added to the other variant section (Indian Bluebelle and a Mexican pony). My thanks to JLM, M Bearcroft and StarryBright for their contributions to this update!

June 15th, 2003
Began a rather overdue webpage update! Added the missing picture and information about Baby Crumpet to the First Tooth baby page and pictures of Sweet Blossom and Flowerbelle to the Flower Fantasy page. I haven't found our Love Petal yet to take a picture of her, or the brides, but am working on it.
Also updated images on sundry other pages - nestie babies, prom queen sisters, and added twinset pictures for the teeny tiny twin ponies. Also, thanks to Erica, I now have a picture of blue streaked Baby Starbow on the Rainbow Baby Pony page. Yes, things are coming together nicely :D I've put pictures of MOC Whizzer and Masquerade on the relevant Twinkle Eye Page (UK carded, of course, hehe) and updated and messed with my wantlist a bit too. Spanish Tex has also been added to the Spanish Pony page. More updates to come soon!! (JLM don't kill me...pleeeaseee...hehe)

May 11th, 2003
Added some new information about the Greek  "ladybird" pony to the Greek pony page. More stuff to come after exams are done!!

April 24th, 2003
I'm currently preparing to take my final examinations for University, so updates are kinda few and far between at present. However, I have made a few significant changes to some of the early years. Thanks to the contributions of Garej, I have included a number of Argos catalogue images from 1985, and also thanks to the kindness of an ebay seller, some tantalising Mint On Card images, including Gypsy :). Aside from this I've begun to add the pictures I thought had been lost from my computer completely - images donated to me over the course of two or three years, many of which never made it to the old site because of server space. Therefore there are now images up of NSS Truly's card, MIB baby Bow Tie, and others :) There is a LOT more stuff to come. I have a folder full of variant images which I thought were lost in the crash of the old site but which I discovered lurking on an old Zip disk. And of course, I've some donated images to add too - so watch this space for more updates! Magenta Tulip Posey has been moved to her correct location and also I have noticed that my pictures of the 2 bride ponies, baby crumpet and the Flower Fantasy Ponies have gone AWOL. I will address this as soon as possible - I know I have the images on my other disk someplace.
Apologies for the tardiness in updating the MLP media site. I have simply not had the time between editing my Jem site Britrock and this one and trying to split my website editing time between maintaining the two.

March 9th, 2003
Added a picture of French Moondancer (image courtesy of Tayba!)

March 6th, 2003
Updated the song from the Song Tape so that Applejack's Song can now be downloaded...

February 26th, 2003
The Scrapbook now has it's own MEDIA section!! Click HERE to visit the website's media section, download part one of the My Little Song Tape and meet the character of the month. Also there is a free pictures section with screen caps from the animated series that you can use on your own website or just for fun. Take a peek!!
To access the media section, you can also go to Other Links and click MLP Media. It should open the section in a new browser window, though it works best with 1024x768.

February 21th, 2003
Selena proved her point! Check out the Watercolor baby sea pony page for some updated info and a new image!!

February 20th, 2003
New page at the Scrapbook! If you go to 'Other' on the main link frame now, you will see that Ive added a page called 'My Little Pony on TV'...:) You can also download the french MLP theme from here :)
And yes. Screen captures. How many can you spot? LOL I've been playing with my new toy again, and taking some pretty pony snaps from some of the episodes.
Fun!
I've also added a bunch of new brazil pictures to the website, so go check 'em out (Thanks Angelita!)

February 17th, 2003
Ok, this page is becoming more and more browser friendly! Since I got my new pc, I decided that it's kinda sucky how the page looks in 1024x768 resolution...sooo...people browsing with 1024x768 can now load the page in their format by clicking a link on the main link frame or in the display frame :) I hope that makes life easier for people!!! This change and the links work equally well in Netscape or IE, so I hope noone should have any problems (I tested it in Netscape 7 and whatever version of IE my new pc came with without any problems)
I also added a link to my links page to IMO *the* best resource for identifying Petite Ponies that I have seen :) So if you've not been to the Petite Pocket already, go check it out!!

February 6th, 2003
Well, I've updated some! Many thanks to JLM and Cosmos for the new images - Brazilian Gusty and Parasol from JLM and Peruvian Glory from Cosmos.
Keep the image coming guys!
Also THANK YOU to everyone who has helped me rehome ponies at Hoofprints. There are still ponies left in need of stables - can YOU help?

December 4th, 2002
Page up and running!
