The British set came with Tutti Frutti only, whose image was reproduced on the Pin The Tail On The Pony game sold with the set. However the American issue had five ponies, indicating the different styles of the year: A Twinkle Eye (Party Time), A Flutter (Yum Yum), a So Soft (Best Wishes), a pearly baby sea pony (Celebrate), and a Beddy Bye Eye Baby (Baby Frosting). The US Pin The Tail game had a picture of Party Time, otherwise there was no difference in accessories as far as I know.
