Utilising the colour change hair from the Sunshine Ponies, Hasbro introduced three
sweetheart sister style ponies in tropical colours, with a streak of sun-sensitive
hair in their manes. These 'Sundazzle' ponies were some of the last Sweetheart
Sister Ponies to be produced, and were not sold in the UK or I believe anywhere
in Europe. Unimaginatively, one of them had a recycled name - Sunbeam -
which, let's face it, had already been done to death :) But the ponies themselves
were rather pretty. It's almost as though Hasbro US knew that My Little
Pony were going to end there and were pulling out all the stops to make
the tenth anniversary year something special in terms of colour and experimentation.
