Marketed as 'little sisters', in fact the pair consisted of a big sister (Baby Li'l Sweetcake) and a little sister (Baby Li'l Cupcake), each of whom had opposite colours to one another and cake themed symbols. Baby Li'l Sweetcake reused the pose and style of the Peekaboo baby unicorn, whilst Baby Li'l Cupcake was made as a newborn pony, to indicate an age gap.

They were never sold in the UK.
