Bandai. Taking offers. I think they were issued around the time of the movie release in Japan. Package contains model and candy WHICH IS WELL OUT OF SELL BY DATE and SHOULD NOT BE EATEN. Never opened.

MIB Eevee figure should speak and move its head but it has never been deboxed so do not know if it works. Not sure where Jigglypuff comes from, just a loose figure - Dratini is still sealed in the pokeball and tagged with original tag.
