This is for the real hardcore Jem show fans. I tend to pay great attention (can we say anorak-obsessive?) to series detail, and that I like to build up character relationships and plots based on small sequences hidden deep within the cartoon. People often email me to ask what I think is the root cause of something or, all the more, people who have read parts of my fanfic email me to say "I never thought of that - but now you've written it it makes sense!"
Almost all of the ideas I have used in my fanfiction are rooted somewhere in the Jem series. Jetta's claustrophobia, for example, is hinted at in Rock and Roll Express, whilst there are several examples of Pizzazz's desire for a father who is proud of her. These are only two of the things I have rooted out, however. This section of the site intends to break down each episode into it's componant parts and see exactly WHAT is going on alongside the basic plot!
Please note that all interpretations are based on my own opinions and are not necessarily to be taken as an official guide to the show. I AM a Misfit fan and a lot of my speculation is around them, however I have done my best to include Hologram data as well, since this is also key to the show. And I promise I've only been actively abusive towards Jem where she deserves me to be ;)
