Baby Firefly was always trying to mimic her mother in terms of doing daring somersaults. BUT...she was never quite as good at it!
Baby Firefly was never sold in the UK, though she was one of the original two baby pegasus ponies sold in the North American release. She played no part at all in the cartoon series, and her comic appearances were generally Baby Pony stories rather than ones that focused specifically on her. I don't remember much about her as a character, in all honesty!

BABY FIREFLYBaby Firefly had a re-vamp and a re-issue via Mail Order in the early nineties in North America. Now "pearlised", her symbol had logically become painted.
In Continental Europe (certainly France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland) there was a release of Baby Firefly on card with just a bottle accessory. This Baby Firefly had a painted symbol and extremely curly hair (which appears to be a slightly lighter shade than the US release, if my ponies are anything to go by).
