Tickle - no, not one of the Mr Men, but one of the pretty second year Rainbow Ponies :) One of the less characterised ponies in the comic, Tickle nevertheless made her appearances - and rarely without feathers being involved!

She was not sold in the UK, despite her comic appearances. As with the rest of her set, she was overlooked for the United Kingdom release.
