Beautiful Bows was never featured in the UK comic so far as I can recall, not even in conjunction with Starlight and her hair styling homelife. She was sold in a pink box with the same story as her set fellows, and no clue to her character was really given beyond that.

The hairties in her mane and tail are often raggedy and chewed when found second hand (or no longer as twisty as they were originally). Rarely they are missing, leaving a hole in the pony's head or rump.
