1986: Pretty and Pearly Baby Sea Ponies

RIPPLE

I have a very soft spot for Ripple. One of the new characters for this year, Ripple featured the new design frog float, and, in the North American edition (pictured below), she had a brand new pose (that did not feature in the UK set). The factfile suggests that she was something of a daredevil, liking to dash at the waves before they hit the shore in order to play with the foam. (For an aquatic creature, I'd say that was kinda plucky, LOL).
