I don't remember Whizzer being often in the comics, but I do remember quite clearly that the Fact File laid claim to her as being the fastest of all the little ponies. This is also on her UK backcard story. This seems to have been the North American theme, too, since she was a speedy talker and flier on the cartoon series - always impatient and keen to be onto the next thing before the first one was done.

Whizzer was sold in many countries worldwide, including the UK.
