1989: Sunshine Ponies

Beachball is the unicorn from the Sunshine Pony set :)

I have a distinct memory of her using her unicorn magic in some way to make beachballs appear in the UK comics, although for the life of me I can't find the reference flicking through my back copies. I'll keep looking and add more when I find it (if anyone has her back card, can you clue me in on the particulars?)

For some reason the Sunshine Ponies were not sold in the United Kingdom with ribbons, only combs. Each was sold on a bordered card in yellow.

Beachball was sold in the UK.
