Party Time is the Twinkle Eye Pony from the Party Set, and she has the dubious honour to be the only Twinkle Eye to be quite this nauseating colour of orange *grins*. The pale pink in her mane can fade out to white, making her hair appear tricoloured instead of the regulation four colours, but this is not a variation (just damage). Party Time also is prone to plastic damage and spotting to the vinyl, for an unknown reason - so finding one in good condition can be tough.

She was never sold in the United Kingdom.
