Like all Fancy Pants Babies, Baby Bows was issued with a wide array of accessories, as Hasbro attempted to return to it's earlier theme of baby play.

Baby Bows was only ever sold as part of the North American release and therefore she only exists as a version made in Thailand.

The pale pink in her hair can fade to white - this is not a variation, but caused by sun-damage.
