CURLY LOCKS

Pinkish purple pegasus pony with pale pink, yellow, blue and white mane and tail, blond ponytail with a blue bow symbol

It's important to note that there are at least 2 hair variations with Curly Locks. Some, like my one above and the Mint in Box North American pony I have in my cupboard have a delicate shade of pink in their front section. The others have a much more vibrant shade of pale pink. Either way, though, the first colour in Curly Locks' mane should be pale pink - not white ;)

Her tail appears green, which is one of the great My Little Pony illusions. She does not actually have any strands of green in her hair - the colour is built up from the yellow and the blue mixed together.

Curly Locks sticks in my mind quite clearly from the My Little Pony comic stories. I have always been a strong believer that you shouldn't have to be a unicorn pony in order to do magic, and Curly Locks was one who proved this to be the case. Her special magic trick involved flower - more specifically, their petals - which she would gather up and then, by twitching her nose, she would turn them into masses of pretty, brightly coloured ribbon.

It goes without saying that she was more than a little popular at the Crimp And Curl Hair Salon!
