Fleecy and Fluffy were the only pegasus twins for this year, and were released as one of the chosen three sets in the United Kingdom. I think they had a pretty global release, but not always under the same identities. They are known in North America as Speckles and Bunkie, though I would not like to hazard any guesses as to which one is meant to be which!

FLEECY & FLUFFY's UK Names
(from Tuggles & Toddles' UK Box)

Unlike some of their predecessors, Fleecy and Fluffy were not created from drawings or by magic spells. They were first introduced in the My Little Pony comic in a story called Masquerade and the Merry Moonshee in which Masquerade took Nibbles and Dibbles on an adventure into the Fantasy Forest. Whilst there, they encountered the new twins, discovering that even when the other enchantments wore off, the two little babies were as real as they were.

The comic story also introduced their snail rockers and depicted them as yellow and aqua, which also matches the box art. This leads me to believe that they are the correct accessories for this twinset in the UK release, just like they are in other places!
