Baby Flicker Mint in Box
Europe, 1991
(Benelux version)
The nappies had a special quality whereby when
they got wet, a heart pattern appeared. The baby ponies were
fitted inside with a clear plastic tube that went from the
mouth to just below the tail, so when water was fed into the
mouth of the pony, it went through and out of the back. While
this prevented water from getting into the whole pony, there
have been cases of mould in the internal tube.
This set had their own unique poses due to the internal pipe
mechanism, and there were no pegasus ponies in the set. In
North America, Baby Rainflower and Baby Wellyboot were called
Baby Cuddles and Baby Snookums (both recycled names.)
