Tabby was sold as one of the Happytails Ponies in around 1988.
Although I can't confirm how they were released in the UK, some
Happytails ponies have been found here, making it likely that
some import ponies did get across the atlantic. The boxes for
the Happytails ponies did also include UK release information,
suggesting they were at least offered to the UK market, even if
they were not massively taken up. However, they are
predominately a North American set release, and are much more
common across the atlantic.
Like all Happytails ponies, Tabby is made of very soft plastic,
and her tail has a ring around it. When you press her withers,
her tail swings from side to side or goes all around. She has a
happy tail. Woot.
Tabby was the only unicorn pony in the set.
