Beachcomber in the United Kingdom

Beachcomber was a new character for the Pretty & Pearly Baby Sea Pony set. She is the only Pretty & Pearly Baby Sea Pony to see a global release - sold in both the UK set and the set sold in North America and other places. There is no distinction between the releases across locations, the only exception being that the UK release had a round puffy sticker instead of a flat, scented one.

Beachcomber's Character

 Beachcomber's backcard story is an odd tale about her friends celebrating her birthday a day earlier. Her Fact File entry also touches on some of this, describing her as a lazy baby sea pony who liked to  catnap among the lily pads, and who was often teased and tipped off by the playful frogs that lived in the waters nearby. According to one comic story, she also liked to sing. Apparently her voice sounded like waves on the shore. (Is that a good thing?)
