Bonnie Bonnets

Bonnie Bonnets was sold as part of the second set of Twice as Fancy Ponies in 1988. She was sold in North America and in the Benelux countries. She was not sold in the UK. Her hair is intentionally white, and is often very curly. She is not as popular as some of her set-mates - or is perhaps just more common on the second hand market.

We can talk a bit about Bonnie's name - I am guessing that the meaning is really meant to be "Bonny bonnets", as in pretty hats, but spelt this way it looks like a name that would not be out of place in Generation 5!

Bonnie Bonnets's Character

Bonnie Bonnets' backcard story relates to her strolling in the garden turning flowers into rose petal bonnets. I am absolutely not sure how that would be a helpful skill outside of a royal garden party or Ascot, but I could absolutely see Blossom or Posey chasing her out of their gardens before she decimated the flowerbeds.
