Celebrate was the Pretty & Pearly Baby Sea pony in the Party Gift Pack, sold in North America in 1986. She was only ever sold in this pack and in this year, but shared all the classic features of the other pearly baby sea ponies, with a pearly body sheen and a matching float. Her float was a pinkish purple and orange turtle, which was only ever sold with her. She was never sold in the UK.
