Party Time was the Twinkle Eye pony in the Party Gift Pack,
sold in North America in 1986. She was only ever sold in this
pack and in this year, but shared all the classic features of a
regular Twinkle Eye pony (four colours in the hair, gem eyes,
etc). Her symbol was party hats, in keeping with the party
theme. She was not sold in the UK.
The pale pink in her hair is prone to fading, and Party Time's
body is also prone to regrind and other discolouration.
