Megan and Sundance - final act


The final version of Megan and Sundance was never sold in the UK, and was quite different from all previous releases. It featured a completely new mould for Megan, with longer, straighter blond hair that contained streaks that went dark pink in the sun. Sundance had also had a makeover, for she was now in a different pose, and also had colour change streaks in her hair - a very BAD combination with the sun-fading pink colour of her mane, so she is often found second-hand with white hair.

The release was somewhat simplified, with only a single comb and no accessories for Sundance specifically. The box was also simpler, although it had pretty artwork.

The set was sold in some parts of Europe, most notably in Germany. I have also heard they were offered via a special release in Spain, perhaps in German box, but I am not sure when this occurred.
