Baby Love Melody

Baby Love Melody was one of the Twice as Fancy Baby Ponies offered via mail order in North America in 1990-1. She appeared in very small numbers on the UK market at the end of My Little Pony production, as clearance stock from North America, but is generally considered to be a North American exclusive (offered in the USA and in Canada).

Baby Love Melody was based on the adult pony Love Melody. There are a few differences, however - her hair colour is a darker shade of pink, not the non-fading colour of her mother. She also has a first tooth.

Baby Love Melody can be made in Hong Kong or in China. The pony pictured above was made in Hong Kong.
