Tappy was a chirpy little character who loved to dance, especially tap dance. She had a pair of magic tap shoes which she liked to whip out from time to time. In one story, she and D.J ended up putting on a performance after encountering a crotchety troll - Tappy dancing to the music from D.J's radio. As was increasingly the case in later newborn stories, Tappy was quite independent and often went off on her own.
